  • Kenan Trust Challenges Asheville School Alumni with $100,000 Financial Aid Grant

    Asheville School is excited to announce a $100,000 challenge grant from the William R. Kenan, Jr. Charitable Trust. If 1,000 alumni make a contribution to the Cody Annual Fund by June 30, 2013, the Kenan Trust will contribute $100,000 in financial aid for students from North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, and New York.

  • Students Reaching New Heights to Break School Records

    In his senior year, alumnus Michael Jones 1994 set Asheville School’s pole vault record at 12.5 feet. Nearly 20 years later, and after a year of being tied with the record, senior Will DuBose is the new record holder after clearing 13 feet at the Volunteer Classic at the University of Tennessee on April 20. Less than two weeks later, in her first season of track and field, senior Ashton Caudle vaulted to 8 feet to break the girls' record in a meet at Christ School.
