Asheville School junior Jack Hamilton can — and he put his skills to the test at West Virginia University’s High School Programming Competition.
The Asheville School Board of Trustees recently honored Ambassador James Hormel 1950 with the school's Award of Merit – the highest honor the school bestows. The Award of Merit presentation was made on Friday night of Alumni Weekend, April 24, 2015.
Asheville School senior Ana De La Cruz is one of 12 winners in the sixth annual Southern Teachers Art Contest. Her award-winning work is titled Kehaya Lawn, and is a beautiful representation of Asheville School’s campus.
Asheville School art teacher Casey Arbor traveled to Brevard College with her students on April 14 to view the artwork hanging in the Brevard College High School Art Competition Exhibition. Eleven of her students had work accepted by the jurors who are on the Brevard College Art Faculty.
