On May 29, the Asheville School community celebrated this year’s outstanding student athletes.
At the Fine Arts Banquet on May 22, students were recognized and honored for their contributions in Asheville School's music, art, drama, dance and writing programs.
During Alumni Weekend 2014 at Asheville School, two alumni were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the school. Bill Francis ’64 and Nick Jordan ‘59 received the Henry G. Heedy, Jr. 1933 Service Award.
Sixteen members of Asheville School’s track team competed at the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association (NCISAA) 3A state track championships at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, NC on May 16 and 17. During the meet, student athletes managed to break three school records.
A rich tradition of competition exists between Asheville School and Christ School dating back to the first time the two teams met in 1911 in what is now known as... The Game. In tune with the spirit of that rivalry, we are bringing back the Blues vs. Greenies Alumni Giving Challenge.
