Giving Overview

For over a century, many generous friends of Asheville School have been helping educate people they will never know. That constant support of the school’s alumni and friends has been the difference in making our school not just a good school, but a great school. Philanthropy has allowed Asheville School to draw on its past to create positive changes rather than being locked in time by outmoded customs.

An investment in Asheville School is an investment in the development of the mind, body, and spirit of each student. We are on solid ground -- more than 100 years of challenging young minds to reach their full potential in the classroom, on the athletic field, on the stage, on the mountains, and in the community. These same men and women move on to adulthood to realize their full potential in medicine, law, the arts, business, humanities and every other sector of daily life. They are leaders in their field.

There are many ways to invest in Asheville School financially and through volunteering. We invite you to explore these opportunities and to invest in the development and education of today’s teens. Even though you may never get to know them, or they you, the gift is no less meaningful for its anonymity.

I talk to my classmates on a weekly basis, and we are all nostalgic about Asheville School. I feel very confident in saying that Asheville School was the best four years of my life so far. All the memories are so vivid; it's a special place.
