Students in Asheville School’s newest club, the Synthetic Biology Club, plan to raise money this year to help them develop specific synthetic biology lab skills.
Thanks to the contributions from many generous donors, the mighty Blues have emerged victorious in the 2014 Blue Green alumni giving challenge. Asheville School defeated rival Christ School by a final score of 424 to 326.
Thanks to a recent agreement, Asheville School now has international connections to a secondary school affiliated with Tsinghua University, one of the top three universities in China.
Asheville School is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Seiden as the School’s new Director of Development. A graduate of Emory University, Seiden has seven years of development experience at his alma mater, Avon Old Farms School, an all-boys boarding school in Avon, Connecticut.
