On April 8 -- the one-year anniversary of her ACL injury -- Asheville School junior Kaylee Pierson (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) returned to Rabun Gap with the Girls’ Varsity Soccer team. Scoring three goals, she led her team to victory.
On February 25, student athletes were recognized for their outstanding contributions to their winter sports.
Asheville School’s swimmers returned from the state meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center yesterday with 7 new school records, a 3rd place overall finish by the boys and a 10th place finish by the girls.
After winning the first six games of the season, Asheville School’s boys’ varsity basketball players are hopeful this victorious beginning will continue.
As Opening Day approaches, nearly half of the student body is already on campus. Blues football preseason practices began two weeks ago, and cross-country, field hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball preseason practices began this week. Click here to watch a video from their training.
