Student Life Overview
Students at Asheville School are a part of a very close and caring community.
They come from diverse ethnic, geographic, socioeconomic and religious backgrounds to live and learn, side by side.
With an annual enrollment of approximately 260, Asheville School is intentionally small. Students and faculty know one another personally and call each other by name.
The strong friendships formed here endure long after a student graduates, as do the life-changing lessons learned.
The community is everyone at this school — not just the students, but the faculty and the staff. Coming here, I’ve really diversified my group of friends. I’m friends with people from so many different countries, so many different age groups. I’m friends with people in every grade. It’s just so nice to have all these friends, all these people you can talk to at all different times. We’re one big family. We look after each other and support each other.
