Join us Friday, February 9, to Cheer on the Blues!

On Friday, February 9, the Blues will face off against Rabun Gap Nacoochee School in a full slate of basketball games while the swim team battles for the top spot in the Carolinas Athletic Association (CAA) Conference Championship meet in Asheville School's Ambler Pool.

Asheville School families, alumni and friends are invited to come to campus and cheer on the Blues. The Asheville School Alumni Association (ASAA) will host a hospitality room where guests can stop in for snacks, drinks and gear to help show Blues spirit!

"Our teams play in raucous environments on the road all the time," said Athletic Director Carl Boland. "It means so much to our student-athletes to have that kind of atmosphere supporting us on our home court. It energizes our team and creates a fun and entertaining atmosphere that brings our school community together in the spirit of competition. I think this is exactly how high school athletics should look and feel on a Friday night. Moving forward, we hope to create more opportunities for our students and entire school community to come together and collectively support our teams."

The ASAA hospitality room will be open to Asheville School families, alumni and friends from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 9, in the Rodgers Memorial Athletic Center's Hunt Room. Join us, and Go Blues!
