B.S. Operations Research and Information Engineering;
Heather is from Richmond, VA, where she attended Collegiate School before matriculating to Cornell University. While earning her degree in Engineering, Heather also competed on the women’s lacrosse team. After graduating from Cornell in 2011, Heather joined General Electric’s Information Technology Leadership Program and continued on to work in Digital Marketing at GE in Atlanta, GA. She chose to leave the corporate world behind in the fall of 2014 for Asheville School. In addition to her role as Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities, Heather also has advisees, serves as the faculty advisor for the Student Council, and coaches the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team at Asheville School.
Heather loves living in the mountains and enjoys almost any outdoor activity. Lexi, an Australian Shepherd puppy, is her sidekick on her adventures around Asheville.
