Grandparents' Day
Asheville School warmly invites grandparents to our inaugural Grandparents’ Day, a special opportunity to experience life on campus with your student. Throughout the day, you will have the chance to explore the school’s rich history and archives, tour our beautiful campus, engage with faculty and students, and celebrate the arts with a student performance of our Winter Musical, Into the Woods. We cannot wait to share this memorable day with you!

"Into the Woods" Winter Musical (Student Performance)
The Arts Department presents "Into the Woods" as the winter musical production. The classic musical is about a witch who tasks a childless baker and his wife to procure magical items from classic fairy tales to reverse the curse on their family tree.
Location: Graham Theater, Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
Boarding students must return back to campus by 9:00 PM for evening check.
School Store
Stop by to shop for an array of Asheville School gear and supplies. The School Store hours for Grandparents Day is Friday from 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM. The School Store is located in the Tyrer Student Center.
Directions & Parking
The School is located at 360 Asheville School Road, in Asheville, NC, about 15 minutes southwest of downtown and about 25 minutes northwest of the airport. At our main entrance, you will be welcomed at the gatehouse and provided with a campus map.
Note: GPS may misdirect you to our service entrance, which does not provide access to the campus. From the service entrance, the main entrance to campus is the next driveway to the northeast (0.3 miles) along the main road.
