The Asheville School Dramatic Society will present their winter production, Cyrano, on Thursday, February 20 through Saturday, February 22, with a talented cast of 20 young actors, singers and dancers.
This musical version of the classic Edmond Rostand play, Cyrano de Bergerac, appeared on Broadway in 1973 with music by Michael J. Lewis and lyrics and book written by the famous author, Anthony Burgess, based on his own translation and adaptation of the original French.
Both Thursday and Friday evening performances will begin at 7:15 p.m. in Graham Theater, located in the Walker Arts Building on the Asheville School campus. The Saturday, February 22 matinee will begin at 2:00 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
