With more than 30 years of experience as a Chef and Manager, Tony Brehmer has a vast and versatile set of food service skills. He’s fueled his passion for dining services at schools, businesses, restaurants, and hotels.
In January 2020, Tony Brehmer will take over as SAGE Dining Services Food Service Director for Asheville School.
Tony has overseen day-to-day operations and catering services, planning and updating menus with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability. When leading culinary teams, he motivates them and prepares them for success through training and mentorship.
Above all, he adapts and evolves dining programs to meet the diverse needs of the people he serves and build strong relationships with them. He looks forward to joining the Asheville community and learning more about life on campus.
