I choose to give to the Blues Fund because of the everlasting and greatly impactful memories that Asheville School provided me with. I’m a firm believer that support from our loyal alumni allow Asheville School to continue to provide these bountiful memories to its students. Lastly, giving to the Blues Fund allows me to reconnect with the school and stay in touch with all of its developments, for which I’m always happy to hear about. Tomson Kaplan, Class of 2020
I think my education that I got at Asheville school is one of the most important things in my life. Frank Smith, Class of 1959
The Craver family has been delighted to support Asheville School through the Annual Fund, capital campaigns, and a planned Legacy gift. Our son received a stellar academic and moral education, from remarkably talented and dedicated faculty, in an environment at once nurturing and challenging. We are Blues fans! Annie and Rhodes Craver, Parent of 2011 Graduate and Former Trustees
The school was a game changer for me. A pivotal event in my growing up. You should have a sense of giving back to organizations like that. Lee McGriff III, Class of 1960
I went to a different boarding school, and all but one of my other kids did too. Asheville School is our favorite of all of them. Laura Berry, Parent of 2022 Graduate
When I was at Asheville School, I was acutely aware that something profound was happening there and inside of me every single day. I couldn’t put my finger on what it was then, and I still can’t today, but I think that's because the magnitude of an Asheville School education is so great. I give to The Blues Fund because I honestly believe that my experiences at Asheville School are still shaping me today. The world needs more people who have experiences like this, and I want to be a part of making that become a reality. Morgan Mischer Warth, Class of 2005
Coming from a public school in New York, I thought I had experienced one of the most diverse cultures possible. Now I realize that Asheville School has better prepared me for the real world than I ever could have been otherwise. Thank you for allowing me to become a better person. Uchenna Ikwuakor, Class of 2019
Asheville School has affected me in so many ways – the most important one being relationships. I have formed so many strong relationships with faculty and students that I know will last a lifetime. SJ Kline, Class of 2017
Asheville School is an integral part of who I am and I will keep the lessons I’ve learned for the rest of my life. Donations made my education possible. Grayson Sword, Class of 2019
My initial thought as a third former was that the faculty and facilities were paid entirely through school tuition. However, I was amazed to hear that donations from our alumni, parents and friends make the Asheville School experience what it is. This not only excited me for the day that I give back to the school, but it allowed me to appreciate everything a little bit more. Kamryn Graham, Class of 2019
