McNaughton Stadium

Our multi-purpose athletic complex is complete with a turf field, field lights, branded track, stadium seating for 500, press box, and field-level restrooms.

Baxter Taylor Tennis Center and Abernethy Tennis Pavilion

Tennis stars serve and volley on six hard court outdoor tennis courts while spirited fans cheer them on from the adjacent two-tier pavilion.

Paulsen Outdoor Center

Asheville School’s mountaineering program connects students with the remarkable landscape through a number of outdoor pursuits. Named in honor of donor Bill Paulsen, this lodge serves as its on-campus hub.

Rodgers Memorial Athletic Center

This sprawling fitness complex houses Carter Gymnasium, Ambler Pool, South Gym, a second gymnasium, our fitness center and weight room, locker rooms, and more.

Carter Gymnasium

Practice your free throws and perfect your spike at Carter Gymnasium, which hosts both basketball and volleyball matches on its gleaming court.

Ambler Pool

Asheville School’s elite swim team vies for gold in this 6-lane, 25-yard indoor heated pool with electronic timing system and state-of-the-art filtration system installed in 2023.

Lewis Baseball Field

It’s hard to beat a warm spring evening on the baseball diamond, surrounded by picturesque mountains. Our field includes home and visitor dugouts, batting cages, and bleachers.

Arnold Field

Our field hockey and girls lacrosse teams spend their afternoons right in the heart of our campus on this plush bermuda grass field that grows green year-round.

Fitness Center and Training Room

This open concept facility with weight room is a space for all students to pursue their healthiest selves, be it through sports performance training or individual free-time workouts.

Our campus is home to 300 acres of forested land filled with miles of naturally wooded trails for walking, riding, and exploring.
